Platform Access Agreement
By submitting this application I confirm that: I am an independent business operator — not an employee of Supreme Gleam Cleaning Company. I carry my own General Liability Insurance. I agree to the 65/35 revenue split on all jobs completed through the platform. I will submit before and after photos for every job. I will maintain a 4.5 star rating. I will never solicit Supreme Gleam clients directly outside the platform. I understand that failure to comply will result in removal from the network.
